UPMC Vision Institute Grand Rounds- Guest Speaker Pavle Doroslovacki, MD

Pavle Doroslovaki, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in oculoplastic surgery, namely, in conditions affecting the eyelids, tear ducts (lacrimal system), and eye sockets (orbits). He is also trained in the evaluation and management of neurological conditions that affect vision (neuro-ophthalmology). His clinical interests include eyelid malpositions, tear system abnormalities, orbital disease (both of the bone and the contents of the eye socket), comprehensive ophthalmology, and neuro-ophthalmology.

Dr. Doroslovaki completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park. He received his medical degree at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD, where he also did his residency in ophthalmology, at the Wilmer Eye Institute. After his residency, Dr. Doroslovaki completed a neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and then an oculoplastic surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
In addition to English, he is fluent in Serbian and French. Outside of his practice, Dr. Doroslovaki enjoys spending time with his family, black-and-white film photography, amateur astronomy, and snorkeling.
