On Friday, February 13, 2026 at 7:00AM the UPMC Vision Institute will hold a quarterly Root Cause Analysis Conference. Drs. Kalra and Zaheer will present a case. They will lead a discussion following the presentation along with Dr. Jhanji. The conference is open to UPMC Vision Institute Clinical Faculty, Fellows and Residents only.
